Canadian born artist Daniele took to the arts, like a fish to water. She hails from an illustrious and creative background. Her paternal grand-father was a curator at the
At 15, she was already passing hours in studios drawing from live models indicating a strong academic background. At the brink of adolescence, Daniele entered a preparatory college of sorts, enrolling in a fine arts course. She aced her class in clay modeling; this encouraged her to dabble in sculpture. She later graduated with a major in fine arts and languages. She tried her hand at university but found the structure and rigidity of it, creatively challenging. However in 1987, she went on to garner a B.A (Hon.) in Anthropology.
Typically, she was eager to explore and travel the world looking for new experiences to enrich her life with. She has lived in Canada, Mexico, Africa, Australia Singapore and now in Brisbane Australia in 2010. She started out as a practicing artist in Montreal in 1985 and went on to become a graphic designer in Africa. She has been exhibiting her artworks from 1998 in Australia. She has also exhibited in Canada and Africa. If the essence of Daniele could be summed up, one would describe her as a free spirit with a zest for life that is evident in everything she does.
